Shears and Scissors Having a pair of shears or scissors at hand in your first aid kit is a must. We offer a range of sizes to accommodate different hand sizes and kits. Shears Large Shears, 14cm – Red handles or Black handles, finger holes slightly smaller than the XL shears, but can fit fingers with medical gloves in them. XL Shears 18cm – Black handles; the lower hole is large, allowing fingers to fit in with safety gloves on. Scissors First Aid Scissors, 10cm – general-purpose scissors for all smaller first aid kits. Sharp, Blunt-nose Scissors, Stainless Steel,  13cm, – Great for cutting dressings
