Add one Sinusalt® sachet to the bottle. Shake well until fully dissolved. Irrigate your nasal passages Lean over a sink and keep your mouth open for comfortable breathing. Insert the blue nasal adaptor into one nostril. Gently squeeze the bottle to allow the solution to flow in through one nostril and exit from the other. Repeat for the other nostril until the solution is finished. After Use Blow your nose gently to clear any remaining fluid. Clean the bottle and adaptor thoroughly with warm water and let it dry.
